What is the format of the Bio-IT World Conference & Expo?

The conference offers a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in-person or virtually. It features 11 conference tracks, 3 symposia, 6 technical workshops, and a dedicated investor conference alongside numerous networking forums.

What type of content can I expect?

Attendees can expect over 200 scientific and technical presentations, interactive panels, case studies, and plenary keynotes. Topics include digital and data transformations, AI, machine learning, IoT, Open Source and FAIR Data Principles, and real-world strategies for complex regulatory, investment, and data challenges.

What are the conference hours?

The event spans three full days from May 19 to May 21, 2026. Operational hours are from 8AM to 6:00PM.

How do I register for Bio-IT Expo?

There are 3 easy ways to register for the event:

Is there a government discount?

Yes, discounted rates are available for attendees affiliated with academic and government institutions.

Are there group discounts? How do they work?

Group discounts are available for teams of 2 or more. Purchase a full price registration here and participants from the same organization will receive a 20% discount when registering through the Group Registration page.

Is media registration complementary?

What is your cancellation policy? 

Cancellations received greater than two weeks prior to the first day of the event will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee cancellations within two weeks of the first day of the event will receive a voucher towards a future CII event. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another Cambridge Innovation Institute program or to another colleague within your organization

Why have I not received a registration confirmation?

If you have not received confirmation, please check your spam or junk folders. If you did not receive the original registration confirmation, please email reg@healthtech.com to request a copy.

Can I attend Bio-IT Expo virtually?

Yes! The conference offers a virtual attendance option for those unable to join in person. Virtual participants will have access to live-streamed sessions and on-demand content.
