2023 Bio-IT World FAIR Data Hackathon!

Please use the form below to submit your real-world data sets, data science tools, or pipelines for the 2023 Bio-IT World FAIR Data Hackathon in Boston, Massachusetts as a part of the Bio-IT World Conference & Expo. The Hackathon will be taking place May 15-16, 2023, with each team lead participating in a “Report Out” presentation during the FAIR Data for Genomic Applications conference track.

Please note, these tools/pipelines should include some or all aspects of making data findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR) and be broadly applicable to at least a part of the data science community. Having a team lead dramatically increases the probability that the project will be a go.

Deadline for submission: Tuesday, March 21

*Do you have a team lead for this project? A team leader is responsible for proposing a project for the event and having a clear vision for developing a solution. To accomplish their goal, the team leader is responsible for leading their team at the event - this means clearly defining and delegating tasks, incorporating team members’ ideas to accomplish the goal at stake, and ensuring success of the team.
